How It Works

  2. After we receive your survey, we will begin construction of your layout.
  3. Once available, a preview of the initial concept will then be sent to you for your review.
  4. At that time you can provide feedback to better shape the design.
  5. We will work with you to achieve the design you want!

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Who chooses the photos?

A: We have access to a large database of quality images. Upon purchase, we will direct you to it for you to choose from. When applicable, we will also make quality suggestions for photos.

Q: Where will the images be linked?

A: The default setting will be linked to three specific categories within you store that you will specify. Or, you can link any of them to a custom eBay page, or anywhere else.

Q: I have more than three categories that I would like represented, can I add more images?

A: In order to keep the price as low as it is, the structure of the shop front cannot be changed, therefore more categories cannot be added through additional pictures. However, we can add additional text links along the top menu for an additional fee of $10.

Q: Can I customize the colors?

A: Yes, you will specify your preferences in your survey.

Q: Where and what page will this design appear?

A: Whenever any customer clicks on the “red door” icon they will be brought to this design. This design will be the homepage of your store, with the URL address typically looking something like: http://stores.ebay.com/yourstorenamehere
