Q: What if I don’t have an eBay Store/Shop?

You don’t need one! We will still include the store/shop front design, in case you decide to open one in the future.

Q: Can the layout be used over and over?

Absolutely! You pay for it once, we deliver it, and it’s yours to keep forever to be used over and over!

Q: Can you install my order for me?

Yes we can install your order for a fee. Installation includes about me page, store front, and template. A blank copy of the template design will be saved in your eBay seller account. This does not include installation at or in any other listing software. On occasion eBay requires verification for authorized access and may perform a check by contacting you via phone with a number that must be entered to complete installation. Please contact us if you would like to have us install it for you.

Q: Do you offer returns?

Simply because of the nature of digital items, we do not offer returns. All purchases are final, but we’ll always do our best to make things right.

Q: Can I use my own logo instead of yours?

Sure! We can incorporate your logo into the header for a minimal fee, so long as it doesn’t require any editing. Please see our Logo Upload Specifications Page before uploading.

Q: Do you have a phone number?

Unfortunately we do not have a dedicated customer service line. However, we pride ourselves on thorough, quick and efficient communication through e-mail.

Q: Can I further customize the designs?

You can customize any package (except the BASIC | Packages) to make it more unique. The additional fees are as follows, includes only:

Q: Do I have to know HTML to use the templates?

Not at all! While it would probably speed up the small learning curve, you only need to know how to copy and paste, and follow our step-by-step instructions.

Q: Do I insert the HTML every time?

You have to setup the HTML only once, then you can save it as a template for quick future use.

Q: How do I add my own pictures?

This is explained in detail in the included instructions. You will need a picture host, and the instructions fully explain how to do this for free.

Q:How many of my own product images can I add to the template?

As many as you would like! You don’t have to pay the standard fees eBay charges for including more than one picture. This template pays for itself!

Q: How long does it take to have my order delivered?

For STANDARD | Design Packages: From the time we receive your design survey, you will typically receive your layout preview for your approval, within three [3] business days.
For CUSTOM | Orders: From the time we receive your design survey, you will typically receive your first draft for your review within 7-14 business days–depending on the complexity of your design.

Q: Can I have my order sooner?

For STANDARD + STANDARD PLUS | Design Packages: We can put a RUSH delivery on your order for an additional $15. Your order will be delivered within 24 hours. Keep in mind that you must be available to receive any correspondence to expedite the process. Simply let us know you would like a RUSH delivery placed, and we can send over a PayPal invoice immediately.
For CUSTOM | Orders: We can put a RUSH delivery on your order for 40% of the purchase price. Your order will be delivered in half the time quoted for the product purchased.

Q: I live in [enter your country here], will this work in my country and if so, what do I have to do?

We have clients using our packages all over the world, yes they will work in your country. You do not have to do anything extra for them to work!

Q: How will my item be delivered?

Your item will be digitally delivered via e-mail. No waiting, instant gratification!
